About Frame

José María de la Cuadra Osborne founded FRAME in 2018 after working in Brussels for several years in different architectural firms. Since founding his practice he has won a number of architecture competitions and commissions in Europe. He also have an executive MBA by Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. 

The practice has completed a wide variety of commissions in Brussels and Spain, which include Public, Educational, Commercial and Residential buildings. It has also built up an expertise in securing important planning permissions.

Frame’s work search the perfect balance in between context and architecture. We explore the infinite relationships between art, architecture, place and space. We develop this holistic approach through dialogue with our clients and collaborators, creating a bespoke response to each of our client’s needs and expectations
