HOTEL & VILLAS SEA GARDENS

The Hotel and villas SEA GARDENS project showcases a meticulously designed low-density residential complex with a strong emphasis on integrating built form with the surrounding landscape of Sardinia. The architecture adopts a contemporary Mediterranean vernacular, utilizing locally sourced stone cladding to create a seamless dialogue between the structures and the natural topography of the site.

The buildings are arranged in a terraced configuration, following the contours of the sloping terrain to maximize views and natural ventilation. Generous glazing and operable facade elements ensure a strong visual and spatial connection to the outdoors, while also enhancing energy efficiency through natural lighting and passive cooling strategies.

The landscape design incorporates native plant species, including lavender and olive trees, to reinforce the site’s ecological identity while providing a lush, multi-sensory experience. The hardscape employs natural stone paving, complementing the architectural material palette and ensuring continuity between built and unbuilt spaces.

Central to the communal experience is an infinity-edge pool, positioned to frame panoramic views of the surrounding environment. Adjacent to the pool, carefully curated outdoor living spaces, featuring high-quality furniture and shading devices, create opportunities for social interaction and relaxation. The water features and soft landscaping act as visual and acoustic buffers, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility. The sea view forms an integral elements of the design, creating a visual connection between the architecture and its coastal surroundings. The infinity pool is a strategically positioned to enhance this experience, blending seamlessy with the horizon and offering uninterrupted vistas of the ocean.

This development exemplifies a cohesive approach to architecture and landscape design, prioritizing sustainability, contextual sensitivity, and user experience.
