AVENUE MOLIÈRE 274

The project Molière 274 consisted of the renovation of a 2 bedroom apartment. The original layout has been preserved. The objective was to highlight the existing Haussmanian style moldings and woodwork by enlighten them. To do this, the way to proceed was to make a contrast between the them and the walls. Therefore, the choice of colors was a light gray for the walls and a matte white to reveal the woodwork.
The second objective was to differentiate the day area from the night one. Now, a new door in the hallway separates the access to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen was enlarged thanks to the demolition of an exterior closet. The won space was then added in the room. A new kitchen with white elements and touches of Carrara marble has been installed. A central island takes place in the center of the room.
Two new bathrooms were created in a same style, a mix of wood and concrete effect tiles. One has a bathtub and the other has a shower cabin. Custom-made worktops accommodate the white ceramic sinks.
The entire floor was repaired and renovated.
